Предвыборная платформа Е. А. Алехиной, кандидата в члены Совета НК ИКОМОС, Россия:

1. Продолжать работу над созданием секции «Русская усадьба» в составе научного комитета «Культурный ландшафт».
2. Продолжать работу над единой электронной картой усадеб Ленинградской области — как поставленных на государственную охрану, так и исчезающих.
3. Совместно с коллегами из других регионов создать единую всероссийскую электронную карту «Русская усадьба».
4. Участвовать в рассмотрении и обсуждении вопросов, касающихся охраны культурного наследия Российской Федерации, в первую очередь Санкт-Петербурга, Ленинградской области и Северо-Западного региона.
5. Участвовать в научно-методических разработках и экспертных оценках в области охраны, реставрации, популяризации объектов культурного наследия на всероссийском и международном уровнях.
6. Продолжать работу в научном комитете по промышленной архитектуре и инженерному наследию.
7. Инициировать разработку номинационного досье для включения в список ЮНЕСКО каскада Вуоксинских ГЭС.

В своей деятельности в качестве члена Совета НК ИКОМОС, Россия, Е. А. Алехина обязуется руководствоваться Уставом организации, а также общепризнанными международными принципами, нормами и стандартами, решениями Международного совета по охране памятников и достопримечательных мест (ИКОМОС) в той мере, в которой они соответствуют Конституции Российской Федерации и нормативным правовым актам Российской Федерации.

Election platform of E. A. Alekhina, candidate for the Board of the NC ICOMOS, Russia:

1. To continue working on the creation of the «Russian Manor» section as part of the scientific committee «Cultural Landscape».
2. To continue working on a unified e-map of manors in the Leningrad region, including both state-protected and non-state-protected manors.
3. To create, together with colleagues from other regions, a unified all-Russian e-map «Russian Manor».
4. To participate in the consideration and discussion of issues related to the protection of the cultural heritage of the Russian Federation, primarily Saint Petersburg, the Leningrad region and the North-Western region.
5. To participate in scientific and methodological developments and expert assessments in the field of protection, restoration and popularization of cultural heritage sites at the all-Russian and international levels.
6. To continue working in the scientific committee on industrial architecture and engineering heritage.
7. To initiate the development of a nomination dossier for the inclusion of the Vuoksa HPP cascade in the UNESCO list.

As a member of the Board of the NC ICOMOS, Russia, E. A. Alekhina undertakes to be guided by the Charter of the organization, as well as by generally recognized international principles, norms and standards, decisions of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), to the extent that they comply with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
