The downloading and saving of data and any use/application of logos and names is only permitted in the following cases:

• Logos and names may only be used for informational messages of publishers/journalists
• The user must be a current member of ICOMOS NC, Russia or have written authorization to use the logo at the time of downloading and saving the data, as well as during the entire time the logo is used.
• The user of the logo or name must respect the original design and avoid color distortion (minor shades in printed versions are possible in some cases)
• The use of the logo/name for other purposes (not specified above), in particular the labeling of goods and services by third parties is prohibited.

Failure to comply with the above recommendations will result in administrative penalties and, in case of copyright infringement, sanctions in accordance with Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
