The National Committee of International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS)», Russia, during its existence has achieved considerable success in various fields. Putting forward my candidacy to the Council, I believe that my knowledge and professional experience can be useful in such areas of work of NC ICOMOS, Russia as:

• organization of professional discussion of the problems of preservation, use, promotion and state protection of cultural heritage;
• collection, study and dissemination of information related to the principles, methods and programmes for the preservation of cultural heritage;
• cooperation in the development and implementation of training programs for specialists in the field of cultural heritage;
• taking measures to promote and popularize the preservation of cultural heritage at the regional, national and international levels.

In my activity as a member of the Council of the NC ICOMOS, Russia, I undertake to be guided by the Charter of the organization, as well as generally recognized international principles, norms and standards, decisions of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) to the extent that they comply with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of the
Russian Federation.
