Заявление о намерении.

В случае моего избрания в Совет Национального комитета ИКОМОС, Россия надеюсь внести свой вклад в развитие российского национального законодательства в сфере охраны культурного наследия, прежде всего в части имплементации положений Конвенции о Всемирном культурного и природном наследии ЮНЕСКО 1972 года, активно участвовать в организации и работе национального Научного комитета по методике применения и адаптации норм международного права в практике охраны ОВН в РФ.

Также своими задачами в Совете НК ИКОМОС, Россия считаю:

содействие организации мониторинга объектов всемирного наследия и их буферных зон;
содействие в подготовке планов управления объектами всемирного наследия;
содействие в подготовке отчетов по объектам всемирного наследия;
подготовку и рассмотрение документации для оценки воздействия на выдающуюся универсальную ценность объектов всемирного наследия;
популяризацию всемирного культурного и природного наследия ЮНЕСКО.

Declaration of Intent.

If I am elected to the Council of the ICOMOS National Committee, Russia, I hope to contribute to the development of Russian national legislation in the field of cultural heritage protection, primarily in terms of implementing the provisions of The Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, actively participate in the organization and work of the National Scientific Committee on the methodology of application and adaptation of international law norms in the practice of protecting natural resources in the Russian Federation.

I also consider my tasks in the Council of NC ICOMOS, Russia:

assistance in the organization of monitoring of World Heritage sites and their buffer zones,
assistance in the preparation of management plans for World Heritage properties,
assistance in the preparation of reports on World Heritage properties,
preparing and reviewing documentation for assessing the impact on the Outstanding Universal Value of World Heritage properties,
promotion of the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage
