1. Утверждение принципов и стандартов ИКОМОС в национальной системе охраны наследия.
2. Создание системы постоянно действующих национальных научных комитетов ИКОМОС.
3. Работа по продвижению объектов культурного наследия Российской Федерации во всемирный список наследия ЮНЕСКО.
4. Продвижение участия российских специалистов в деятельности научных комитетов, конференциях, семинарах ИКОМОС.
5. Популяризация идей и системы ценностей ИКОМОС в России.

Proposals for activities in the Board:

1. Confirmation of the principles and the ICOMOS standards in national system of protection of heritage.
2. Creation of system of permanent national scientific committees of ICOMOS.
3. Work on advance to promote cultural heritage sites of Russian Federation in the world list of heritage of UNESCO.
4. Promoting the participation of Russian experts in the activities of the scientific committees, conferences, seminars, ICOMOS.
5. Promotion of ideas and ICOMOS value system in Russia.
