ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕ О НАМЕРЕНИЯХ
В случае моего избрания в Совет Национального комитета ИКОМОС, Россия надеюсь внести свой вклад в дальнейшее развитие системы научных комитетов Национального комитета. Считаю их деятельность и взаимодействие важнейшими инструментами экспертной оценки и совершенствования профессиональной сферы.
Намерена лично принять участие в становлении и работе двух новых, временных научных комитетов Национального совета ИКРОМОС: по историческим поселениям и имплементации международных норм в отечественное законодательство по сохранению объектов культурного наследия.
Планирую продолжить в Совете НК ИКОМОС практическую координацию деятельности Научного совета Научных комитетов и Совета Национального комитета. Содействовать более активному вовлечению научного потенциала научных комитетов в решение актуальных вопросов теории и практики охраны, сохранения и популяризации объектов всемирного наследия в России. Важно также, оказать всемерное содействие созданным временным научным комитета с целью получения ими статуса постоянных. В этом видится большая роль Научного совета, организация которого, будет являться важной частью моей работы. Готова продолжить участие в экспертных рабочих группах по номинациям в Список всемирного наследия российских объектов.
Предлагаю поддержать намерение формирования системы проведения научных конференц-мероприятий различного формата, под эгидой Научного Совета научных комитетов.
STATEMENT OF INTENTIONS
In the event of my election to the Council of the National Committee of ICOMOS, Russia, I hope to contribute to the further development of the system of scientific committees of the National Committee. I consider their activities and interaction to be the most important tools for expert assessment and improvement of the professional field. I intend to personally participate in the establishment and work of two new, temporary scientific committees of the National Council of ICOMOS: on historical settlements and the implementation of international standards in domestic legislation on the preservation of cultural heritage sites. If I am elected, I plan to continue in the Council of the National Committee of ICOMOS the practical coordination of the activities of the newly established Scientific Council of Scientific Committees and the Council of the National Committee; to promote the more active involvement of the potential of scientific committees in addressing current issues of theory and practice of protection, preservation, and the promotion of World Heritage sites in Russia. It is also important to provide all possible assistance to the temporary scientific committees in order to obtain permanent status. This is an important role for the Scientific Council, which will be an important part of my work. I am ready to continue participating in expert working groups on nominations for the World Heritage List of Russian sites. I propose to support the intention of creating a system for holding scientific conferences in various formats under the auspices of the Scientific Council of scientific committees.
